LImra surveyed 854 U.S. private employers with 10 or more employees that had been in business for at least three years and offered their employees insurance benefits.
Some employers may see benefits as a the key to engagement. While there can be some improvement in engagement, it's not much. I suggest taking lessons from very successful companies. Industry leaders, like Southwest Airlines, Starbucks, Capital One and many private companies, empower their employees at trusted partners in the business, driving and participating in the profitable growth of the company.
