Harvest Wealth Management, an independent practice based in Menomonee, Wis., has joined Charlotte, N.C.-based Independent Advisor Alliance (IAA), an office of supervisory jurisdiction on LPL Financial LLC’s hybrid registered investment advisor platform, the companies announced.

Led by founder and financial advisor Robert “Bob” Dolnik, the Harvest Wealth team also includes financial advisors Tanner Leister and Peter Wagner, and Client Relationship Specialist Erika Schilke. They join IAA from Cambridge Investment Research, headquartered in Fairfield, Iowa, where the team reported managing more than $128 million in advisory, brokerage, and retirement plan assets for clients located in 23 states.
