Pinnacle has named Leigh Harter as managing director of their private client consulting practice. Based in the firm's new Chicago office, Harter will focus on structuring and implementing wealth transfer life insurance plans as well as actively managing life insurance portfolios. Before joining Pinnacle, Harter served as managing director at The Insurance Design Center. She also helped develop and teach a national program to educate law firms, trust companies and family offices on changes in the insurance industry. In addition, Harter has been published in Trusts and Estates magazine and the Journal of Practical Estate Planning on topics such as holistic estate planning and succession planning.
